- Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- One refund per household.
How to request a refund.
Fill in the Need help? form on our Contact page, choose "Refund request" and use the email address you bought with. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5โ10 business days to appear. Your GOAT Skillz access ends when the refund is issued, and any Playbook you've already downloaded is yours to keep.
What isn't covered.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- A second refund for the same household.
We'll always make it right.
- Duplicate purchase: if you were charged twice by mistake, we'll refund the extra payment in full.
- Access problems: if you can't get into your sessions and our team can't fix it, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
