Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

U.S. Orders ONLY

Flat-rate shipping at checkout.
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Jerseys & Apparel

Exchanges for a different size allowed within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Customer pays return shipping; GSS covers shipping for the replacement size.
No refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.

Balls & Equipment

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@globalstreetsoccer.com.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Soccer Programs (Bookings)

Cancel 24+ hours before the first session → full refund.
Cancel within 24 hours → 50% refund.
No refunds once the program begins, except for medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Programs require full registration; no make-up sessions are provided for missed classes.

Online Courses

Digital courses include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, email support@globalstreetsoccer.com with your order details.
Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
