Welcome to Global Street Soccer (“GSS,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By shopping, booking, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
General Use

You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase or booking.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
Online Store

All products remain the property of GSS until paid in full.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Soccer Programs (Bookings)
Eligibility

Open to players of all levels. Minors must have parental/guardian consent.
Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Spots are confirmed only when payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
-
Cancel 24+ hours before the first session → full refund.

Cancel within 24 hours of the first session → 50% refund.

No refunds once the program begins, except in cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances (at GSS’s discretion).
Make-Up Sessions

Registration is for the full program — we do not offer pay-per-class options.

No make-up sessions are provided for missed classes.
Rescheduling by GSS

In rare cases (weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), GSS may reschedule sessions. A make-up date or credit will be offered.
Liability

Soccer involves physical activity. Players participate at their own risk. GSS is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during programs.
Online Courses

Personal Use Only: Access is granted for individual or household use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Refunds: GOAT Skillz courses include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be made in writing within this period. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.

Intellectual Property: All videos, guides, and course materials remain the property of Global Street Soccer (GSS) and are protected by copyright law. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed in any form.

Non-Commercial Use: Courses are designed for personal player development. Use of the content for commercial coaching, training programs, or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from GSS.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, videos, designs, and written material — is owned by GSS and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
GSS is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products, programs, or digital courses.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.
